2. Products Refund Policy

We want you to love the products you purchase from us. If you are unsatisfied with a product, the following conditions apply:

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Used, opened, or damaged products.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Clearance or sale items.

3. Extensions Refund Policy

For hair extensions purchased or installed at The Beautiful Shop:

  • Installed Extensions: Refunds are not provided for installed extensions. If there is an issue with the quality or installation, please contact us within 7 days, and we will address your concerns.

  • Uninstalled Extensions: Unused and unopened extensions may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
